Ranch Experience

A dream can come true!
This program enables adults to experience ranch life in Canada. If you need a break and want to see, do, learn and succeed in a different lifestyle, this is your opportunity. Participants can stay for a period of one to 6 months during the summer season and enjoy being part of the ranch team. No work permit or prior experience is necessary.

For nine days, you follow the trails of the voyageurs and fur traders during a canoe journey on the Athabasca River and experience daily life on a working cattle ranch.

Day - Wagon Ride

Horse drawn wagon rides
The focus is on having a good time while traveling on a horse drawn wagon through beautiful nature at a comfortable pace. Time to laugh and visit and listen to funny pioneer anecdotes presented by the wagon master. A tasty, big lunch will be served during a break half way. Over all, a fun day filled with different adventures.

Day - River Tubing

Tubing fun on the river
In mid summer, when hot temperatures call for fun in the water, there is the great opportunity to travel down the river on a floating device. Not only will the beautiful nature capture your attention, but it is tons of fun relaxing on your tube and letting the crystal clear water take you gently down the river. Because the current is slow and the river is mostly shallow, the water is warm and comfortable to be in.

This is an exclusive challenge not only for passionate hunters, but for anyone who is interested. No license is required, cross bows are provided, all seasons, kill is guaranteed.

Day - ATV Wilderness Tour

A day packed with excitement!
This is your invitation to travel by All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) through the Royal Valley. A day tour, which will challenge experienced riders but can be downgraded to be easy enough for novice ATV riders as well. A day packed with excitement. The real deal for any ATV enthusiast.
